The drug mafia is striking hard in Antwerp. Meanwhile, a link has been established with Mechelen and with Limburg. Mechelen too has already seen some drug-dealing-related attacks, and from Limburg we now know that the Calabrese ndranghetà gives active support there.

                One can therefore expect that after Antwerp and Mechelen, Vilvoorde and Brussels will also be in the sights of the same drug-dealing mafia groups or their ramifications in the relatively near future.

                It is to be hoped that our authorities are aware of this and do not wait for it to happen, but organise themselves now in good time and very preventively. After all, one can expect that if there will be a switch from Antwerp or Mechelen, it will target the Brussels canal zone. One knows that there is a chance that this will happen. So please, may authorities organise themselves in a timely and efficient preventive manner, without creating a climate of fear. One can do this without being noticed.
