Good results from satisfaction campaign

21 January 2025

We like to keep our finger on the pulse at Foyer. Therefore, we asked several partners for their opinion on the functioning of Foyer via a satisfaction campaign. A quarter of the partners responded, and the results are summarised below.

The questions focused on the functioning of Foyer. We wanted to find out to what extent our partners are still satisfied with the cooperation, whether our goals are still relevant and whether we do not currently offer answers to certain problems.

In general, the survey showed that our partners are satisfied with the cooperation and would like to continue it

“Fijne, goede communicatie met Patrizia” (Fine, good communication with Patrizia)

“Personnes compétentes et sympathiques, réagissent rapidement aux demandes” (Competent and friendly people, quick to respond to requests)

“De samenwerking verloopt vlot. Ik kan vlot een nieuwe afspraak inplannen en wordt steeds vriendelijk onthaald.” (The cooperation goes smoothly. I can easily schedule a new appointment and am always welcomed in a friendly manner)

In addition, our partners are convinced that Foyer’s operation is valuable.

“Le travail répond aux problématiques de terrain” (Work responds to local issues)

“Zonder ICB-er zou ik nooit dezelfde hulpverlening kunnen bieden. De ICB-ers kennen niet alleen de taal, maar ook de cultuur. Ze kunnen dingen duiden, zowel naar mij toe als naar de cliënten en hun netwerk. Ze zijn van ontschatbare waarde!” (Without ICB staff, I would never be able to provide the same assistance. The ICB-ers know not only the language but also the culture. They can interpret things, both to me and to the clients and their networks. They are invaluable!)

Apart from a possible expansion of the language offer (which is unfortunately not evident) in which our services would intervene, our partners did not see any gaps in Foyer’s operation.

We are very happy that we can help and support other partners with our operation and will continue to work for an inclusive society at Foyer!
