At Foyer, we are committed to promoting well-being at work. That is why we organise a range of sessions for our staff on topics that contribute to a healthy and balanced working day.
The first session was led by our colleague Ann Trappers, who introduced participants to the principles of ‘time surfing’. Through concrete tips and practical insights, we learnt how to reduce or even avoid stress at work.
This week, the focus was on exercise. Maria explained the importance of getting enough exercise during the working day and how small changes can make a big difference. Theory was immediately put into practice: together, we tried out a number of simple exercises that are easy to do in the office.
Through these initiatives, Foyer aims to continue investing in the wellbeing and health of its employees.
