Current information about vaccination in Brussels

27 November 2021

Repeat dose (booster shot)

Everyone who has been fully vaccinated will receive an extra booster shot as soon as possible.

You can make an appointment via Bru-Vax or by phone on 02 214 19 19. It is recommended to always make an appointment, to ensure your time slot. The vaccination is free of charge.

For people who cannot travel, vaccination can be arranged at home. Please contact your family doctor.

Only Pfizer (Comirnaty ®) and Moderna (Spikevax ®) ARNm vaccines are administered as a repeat dose, even to people who have been vaccinated with the Johnson & Johnson or Astra Zeneca vaccine.

Vaccination in Molenbeek

You can get vaccinated without an appointment at the town hall of Molenbeek, every Tuesday between 1 pm and 5 pm and on Thursday between 9 am and 1 pm.

How and where can I get tested?

– PCR test: the list of Brussels testing centres is available at brussels.testcovid.be.

– Some pharmacies offer a rapid test. Find your nearest pharmacy here: Home (apotheek.be)

Attention: you need a test code for these two types of test, obtained via the self-test tool or via the contact tracing after high-risk contact.

You can buy a self-test from your pharmacist. This test is less reliable and therefore does not give you an official test result.
