Yesterday, the Migration Museum opened its doors for a one-off event until 9 pm as part of the BrusselsMuseums Nocturnes. With a special ‘Behind the Scenes’ programme, you had the chance to explore Brussels as a multilingual city. In the museum, you learned about the migration stories of people from over 180 countries through personal testimonies. Together with the Multilingualism team, you discovered which languages move or inspire you using playful tools. In the dreamcatcher, visitors could hang up their wishes and reflections on our multilingual and multicultural society.
