Intervision on working with Roma and Traveller communities

Today, the Roma & Traveller Service organised an intervision session with professionals from different organisations working with Roma and Traveller communities, including colleagues from Gnet and Antwerp.

An important focus of the session was professional confidentiality and its limits, with particular attention to the duty to report. The participants worked in three groups on concrete case studies before coming back together to discuss some of the cases from different perspectives.

These moments of exchange provide an opportunity to share experiences, learn from one another and reflect together on the challenges and realities of working in the field.
