Exchange Youth workings and Police

Today, young recruits from zpz Bruwest met with animators from Foyer des Jeunes, Jongerenwerking Foyer, JES, and Atlemo at the Migration MuseumMigration.
After visiting the museum to better understand the migration history of Brussels as well as Molenbeek, the officers entered into a conversation with the animators. The animators told how they interact with the youngsters, how they build a relationship of trust with them and how they try to help them. They also talked about how the officers can better understand the youngsters if Molenbeek, how they can connect with them and in what way the trust between the youngsters and the police can be strengthened.
It was a constructive conversation with many new insights for both the officers and the animators!
