1 April: Video screening Roma LGBTQIA+

Video screening, testimonies and debate on Roma LGBTQIA+ and their experiences of cross-discrimination.

The programme is organised in cooperation with vzw Balkan and provides an interesting insight into a little-known reality of Roma communities. At the MigrationMuseumMigration Saturday 1 April at 2pm. Doors open from 1pm.

8 April : Book presentation “Hayat, d’Alep à Bruxelles”

This comic book tells the story of a family of Syrian Dom refugees. The comic was created on the basis of various testimonies of Syrian Roma refugees in Brussels and therefore offers a special and visual insight into the background and experiences of this unknown and often despised ethnic minority.
