This photo exhibition at the MigratieMuseumMigration portrays two major refugee routes: the Balkan route and the route via southern Italy and Ventimiglia. With their offshoots: Calais, Dunkerque and Zeebrugge.
All photos are original works by reporters on site: Franky Verdickt, Elio Germani, Virgilio Martini, Francesco Campisi, Lieven Soete, and Fernand Marechal.
