This exhibition at the MigratieMuseumMigration explores the migration story behind Brussels’ record number of entrepreneurs. It features first- and second-generation immigrant entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs whose product has become part of our collective memory. People who energised a street, neighbourhood, city, region by creating jobs. “Brussels Migrant Entrepreneurship” shows how immigrant businesses truly shaped Brussels.
The exhibition was created in collaboration with: Dr P Jean-Philippe Van Aelbrouck, Dr Olivier De Maret, Dr Martin Rosenfeld and Claire Scohier (IEB), Henri Erumba, Dr Ching Lin Pang and Franck Yiji, Zenon Lupina, Mustafa Alperen Özdemir, and others.
